We will have a hot dog BBQ that is sponsored by Bonnie Moore in honor of Roberta Higdon and Elizabeth Thomson & by Marko Korte at Canada Bread.
Merla Mae with be bringing tasty ice cream
Halfway Motors Power Sports (John Trevisinutto) will be bringing ATV’s for rides and some race cars to look at.
United for Literacy will be here from 12 – 2 doing activities.
We have the climbing wall, inflatables, airplane kits, fishing for prizes and making your own plants. Tons of fun for everyone!
Children that are not registered for the full week program will need to be supervised by a parent or guardian. There will be no drop-in on this day.
The Drop In calendar below is for the August. We do not have any drop-in on Thursday August 7th.
On August 20th we will only be open 12 – 4 for families and our registered members for our Annual Open House. All drop-in children must be accompanied by an adult.
Girls in grade 3 – 6 can sign up for the “Girls at Bat Program” by contacting Lee-Ann at lmanser@bgcthunderbay.ca

Cancellation policy is 2 weeks notice and an admin fee of $25 will be kept. Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to entering the desired week
If you want to do a payment plan, you must pay half first and secure your spot, keep a credit card on file and contact Lee-Ann at 807 623-0354 x 111

Grades are based on 2024 – 25 School Year
Ewoks – Jk & Sk (born in 2019 & 2020)
Jedis – Gr 1 & 2 (born in 2017 & 2018)
Titans – Gr 3 – 6 (born in 2012 -2016)
(The number of children in each group may change based on the age group of interested members)
Drop-in members (Grade]JK -9 in the 2024 – 25 school year) could come in at 12:30 and would mix in with appropriate age groups. More choices are given for children to choose from in the afternoon. Please come between 12:30 – 1:30 if possible. We need to ensure we have proper ratios of staff to kids
Drop Off time – Between 7:45 – 8:50 am
Pick up time – Between 4 – 5:30 pm
Each week will have a theme. Registration is done only by weeks, not single days.
Members will do some theme week activities and rotate through areas inside and outside of the Club
Areas include; kitchen, gym, craft room, computers, zones, playground, paved area, back field.
Each group will get an outing day each week.
Children and youth will need to bring their own lunch unless specified on their calendar.
Their calendar will be emailed weekly to each group.
Each child will get a shirt. Any later registrations may get last year’s shirts if we run out of this year’s
